Personally I read the Super Affiliate Handbook on vacation in Mexico and then went back and read it 3 more times. Rosalind Gardner shows how she makes over $500,000 a year with affiliate marketing.

In the Affiliate Marketing Handbook James Martell takes you from start to finsih on how to become and affiliate, build your own website, and start making money with it. This is a very detailed book that you will refer to over and over. In my opinion worth every penny.

The key to making money with an affiliate program is to personally experience the product you are selling and then tell as many people about why they should experience itself. Advertising and marketing is the only way you are going to do this. Advertising can include free and paid methods online and offline.

But affiliate programs really give the average person a chance to make money because of how easy it is to get started.
