My Power Mall Update

I have not posted in a while on My Power Mall, so here goes. I have been a MPM member since 07-06-07. I had high hopes for this program and it has not met those from an income standpoint.

Here are my stats from 07-06-07 to 2-13-08.

1. $18, 143 in sales
2. $158 in commissions earned
3. 1289 in my group.
4. I have personally enrolled 91 people. This does not count people I have enrolled under my mom, my wife, my 2 sons, and for a co-op program I was running. I estimate I have personally enrolled over 400 people in 7 months.

About 1/3 of the sales has happened since January 1, 2008. MPM has started requiring everyone who joins to make 1 purchase per month to keep their downline if they have one. This has helped create sales or purchases as we call it.

My Power Mall is a shopping program first and foremost. Team-Schuman.com is a website that helps people make money online. The two of them do not necessarily go together well for this reason.

95% of the people who come to my website have no money. They are looking for a way to make money not spend it. For this reason most people who joined have never shopped. This is true for My Power Mall in general.

Is My Power Mall stable as a company? They have recently made it possible to buy into the company. This is to create cash to expand the company. That is normal as any company will do a public offering to raise cash. I actually think it is a good idea.

From a customer service standpoint MPM has always been very good to me. I have not contacted them often, but when I have they have always replied back to me. I know they work hard to take care of problems as they come up.

My biggest disappointment has been with the My Power Mall Mastercard Debit Card. I actually ordered one as a product and paid for it right before Christmas. I never rec’d it to my knowledge. I also ordered one per MPM instructions for myself, my mom, and Diane because MPM said they were going to be paying all commissions this way from here on out.

In Jan. I did receive a debit card in the mail, but it did not say anything about MPM on it and I cut it up and threw it away. I have since been told that MPM is not offering a MPM Mastercard debit card, but rather just a debit card from GTEKS known as a “cashpass” card.

It looks like I threw mine away already. :-)

Anyway from a shopping standpoint I live in a rural area and will always shop local first. It has been said that for every dollar you put into your local economy it is recycled 3-7 times. All of the businesses in Imperial, Nebraska deserve my money worse than a retailer in MPM. This is why I was looking forward to the MasterCard so I could load it every month and then shop locally.

In conclusion My Power Mall is a shopping program. It is still a good way to shop for bargains and save money and earn a small rebate. You can tell people about it and they can do the same thing. This makes sense to do when you can.

From a money making standpoint this is a very long term program before you are going to get rich. But as you can see in my case I am at about $50 a month in commissions, and growing, so I am willing to let it grow slowly.

Who knows, in a couple of years I could be earning $500 a month or more and that is just an income stream for me. I would have to have $100K in savings drawing 6% interest to earn $500 a month so it is worth staying in MPM, shopping, and telling people about it as it comes up.

In the meantime I am going after big ticket items. I have joined Abunza and made my first sale yesterday. I earned $947 on it. One more sale and I am in profit mode. I now know there are people making $1k a day with this and other programs like it, so why not me!

And better yet, why not you? If you have been trying to make money online and not getting where you ant join me in this and I will help you get your first 2 sales and beyond. It is a great program because I earn $250 on every sale you make so it is to my advantage to help you make more sales!

You talked about that MPM. I have been a member for awhile and haven’t earned a dime yet. I can’t get anyone on that network to answer not one email. so if you have time would you advise me a little on what I should do. Thanks again and God’s speed.

Wel I am sure glad to hear that somebody is earning something wit mypowermall anyhow…
need thousands of people to earn I see, and same as above comment, I can get no replies from most i worked *Really hard* to go get signed up, its like *I* have to pay to even be here.
Why is it on net people are supposed to *ACCEPT* working for absolutely NOTHING?
Personally, I do not accept this “fate” - I KNOW there are earnings to be made, as I have had such repeatedly, though every valid means requires tools, that it is sometimes hard to replace if they get taken away or lost.

Well those of us who know you, know that you’re a good guy and it’s actually a good thing that you kept with it and continued to promote it for as long as you did. The reason I say that is because it shows all of us that you’re not one to quit with the going gets tough.

You’ve made a very long and hard effort and you now realize it’s not a big money-maker, but it still has its advantages to the average person (shopping rebates.)

Perhaps all of this could have been avoided if they would have changed their marketing efforts and targeted a different audience?
