You make your long term money by building an organization of distributors, but a new person may need to make money now and retailing product is the fastest way to do that.

Most mlm companies have free samples to give away. As a true leader in your mlm business you must lead by example. Show your downline how to give away the free product samples to customers. Samples can be of the product or support literature.

If you product is internet based your sample might be a audio or video explaining the business or products you have. People learn by experiencing the product and your new distributor will find their job easier when they first start if they just share samples.

4. Training

You may not personally conduct training, but you should know who in your upline is. Many mlm companies offer training on a weekly or even daily business.
