<description>Traffic Exchanges do take time to earn credits. So what you do is pay for credits and not waste your time. Then put a very appealing capture page that has a 20 second video targeting surfers, giving them a very good reason to opt into your page.

You have to get into the mind of the surfer and offer something to them. Its called Target marketing. It works for any advertising method.

The more targeted your message the more opt-ins you get.

So here is my #1 strategy if you decide to do traffic exchanges.

#1 - Create targeted capture page
#2 - Join your top 3 exchanges
#3 - Pay for the highest upgrade

And watch the opt-ins come in.

Make it a great day!

<description>You can enlarge the efficiency of credit collection by parallel surfing with two TE's with different timing. I made good experience with TrafficSwarm (T=20s) and double clicking of Soaring4Traffic (T=10s). Obviously the attention to the content of surfed ads decreases.

<description>Hi Jeff, good post! I am one of those who believe traffic exchanges are a waste of time.I have tried them (several) and surfed about 50 sites per day.I had an optin page and collected email addresses for my mailing list.I got a few sign ups per day.

I think it is very time consuming and your credits are often gone within minutes.

If you promote affiliate programs on traffic exchanges you would probably not get any results at all.</description>

		<description>Jeff

Traffic exchanges can take a lot of time but if you discipline yourself it can work for you. I don't spend as much time as I should as I have recruited a few people from them so it is important to keep going.
