Here is something you can do. Make a list of the most highly successful people you know. I would not define success strictly by money either. A big house and fancy cars does not make you successful. This list could include a teacher, or preacher. Hardly a high paid profession, but includes many people who are at the top of what they do.

One problem people have when they join a network marketing business is who to recruit as new distributors. This is probably the most discussed topic in the business. Actually a lot of emphasis is put on self improvement and attitude, but the most positive person in the world still has to recruit if they expect their mlm business to grow.

You need to analyze the type of people you are targeting. Are they already successful? This is the type of person that is going to make you network marketing business grow. Many times we tend to approach people who need the business. If they are not already successful what makes you think they will suddenly become so in your business?

Network marketing has a very high rejection rate and a very high drop out rate because they type of people who join are not already the most successful people. They do not have the personal skills that it takes to build a mlm business therefore they quit once they see how much work it is.
