		<description>All the tips listed sound like common sense for anyone that has ever written a business letter.  I found that you are right though, people tend to treat email messages differently than say a regular business letter in the fact that they are more casual and loose.  I think if you want to be taken seriously, and look professional you must treat all correspondence with business associates (&#38; potential associates) as a traditional ""business letter"".
